I think they would do what Amin did after he expelled Asians and took their property. They would keep most for themselves and give the rest to the tribe and then be bereft. They can not run their own lives which is why so many did not want us to leave their countries.

Race is generally expressed by paleoanthropologists as "geographical variation", of which they cite four major groups: Mongoloid (generally considered northeastern Asia), Australoid (Australia and perhaps southeast Asia), Caucasoid (western Asia, Europe and northern Africa), and Negroid or African (sub-Saharan Africa). But these are broad classifications. Physical traits and genes vary more within these groupings than they do between them...
