Never understood the purpose of Punk. It's just a noise. No rhythm, tune, beat, soul, poetry. Clash was a good name for all of it...

The Sex Pistols is just about the only band whose songs have stood the test of time. Well, let's add the Dead Kennedys across the pond.

What i liked about the Pistols is they didnt go for the left wing middle class pee cee **** of many of the punk bands (no doubt because they are working class) they just liked music and chaos all that punk was really about.

I always thought Blondie was the fake band of that period. The only made it big by basically pretending to be punk but doing disco/reggae/new wave fusion.
Islamic oppression and sexist sharia law should not be allowed free rein in our democratic society.

People (leftists) need to put politics aside when listening to music.
    Politics doesn't matter.
What does is does it sound good.
