    Default The Olympic size threat

Right at the last knockings, just days before the event is due to begin someone realises that there is not enough security staff for the Olympics.

Troops are now hitting the streets in their thousands, some of the worlds best missile systems are now deployed around London, is there really such a threat surrounding these games?

private security staff that were recruited are not turning up for work in these austere times.

Can a security balls up on this scale with so much lead time for preparation really happen?

Is there really such a threat that we need to have rapier missiles deployed?

Can our government really expect us to believe that no one knew that G4 was not ready?

If someone had predicted this mess six months ago they would have been written off immediately as conspiracy cranks. How can we be in a position where we accept any excuse for this catastrophic failure of such an important task. G4 should have all their contracts terminated immediately after the games has finished.

Should we be relying on companies such as this to carry out such duties?
