    Why prioritise just the ethnic English? I don't understand that. Redress the balance and remove ridiculous positive discrimination policies by all means, but shifting bias from one group to another is not the answer for the nation nor even for the ethnic English. Nations should prioritise their citizens but not pick favoured ethnic groups. Will you be carrying out DNA tests to confirm ethnicity against some (currently non-existent) standard or will you be happy as long as people don't look or act too foreign?
