I was speaking from 'compelling evidence'...there is a legal difference between me weighing up what is compelling and me actually being there.

I have compelling evidence in my flat right now that I ate a fish finger sandwich for supper...but 6 months down the line I would not be able to prove that...it doesn't mean it didn't happen.

What I am attempting to convey here is that in a court of law it is 'compelling evidence' that counts...not actual physical proof. Otherwise every man who has abused a child 30+ years previously would get away with it. Since 30+ years down the line there is unlikely to be any physical evidence the court uses the 'beyond reasonable doubt' principle.

    Look, this isn't rocket science.

If Mr Sloan had the interests of the BNP and nationalism at heart he would not have pursued his claim against the BNP at what was a difficult time and he certainly would not have behaved in the way he did.

The fact that he did what he did shows us that he did not have the interests of the BNP and nationalism at heart, and that he is in fact an enemy of nationalism.

Mr Griffin and the BNP were right not to respond to demands for money from an enemy of nationalism.

Very shortly he will have the opportunity to meet some other enemies of nationalism and to explain to them why he printed leaflets for the BNP, albeit substandard **** leaflets. They may wish to probe him further.

I'd shut up if I were you Harrington. You're digging yourself a rather large hole.

I see Satan is asking for money again. Apparently he's going to use it to save young girls from Muslim paedophiles. Is there anyway of letting the parents know so that the money can go to them instead of the Michelin star restaurant he frequents on the outskirts of Welshpool?
