I had a look at the Office of National Statistics figures.

Around 600,000 new immigrants come to the UK each year of which 200,000 + say they were coming here to study. I wonder how many go home after their "study".

only 20% of the immigrants coming to Britain are from within the EU and usually the better class of immigrant, it's the immigrants from outside the EU that are real problem, how is he going to deal with that much much greater problem?

According to the Guardian of 2010,20% of them stay. Although I should imagine that that is just the ones they know about.

I can somehow understand the reasoning behind countries such as Finland, Denmark, Sweden or Scotland(if they ever become independent) why such countries favour immigration because the population of those countries is very small then immigration makes up for the numbers but I have never understood why would anyone in England support immigration. England as a country is terribly overcrowded and therefore for the people living there any new immigrant further strains the already burdened infrastructure.

Most English people DON'T want any immigrants/any more immigrants, it is just an elite few mostly on the Left, and a few Racist Immigrants like clockwork both of whom don't respect the nativ populations, that want more immigrants or claim immigration has been a good thing, the rest of us hate it, think it is madness.

LOL well it certainly doesn't include those they don't know about - probably the bulk!

Given time they can get themselves married off to any of the following

a) A British citizen of their own ethnicity
b) An ethnic British person
c) An EU citizen, either a marriage of convenience for money, or (probably far more common) a 'semi' marriage of convenience, where they are not averse to their partner, but the passport was part of the attraction.
e) An EU citizen of their on ethnic group.

then remain for ever.

Trouble is Citizen even among ethnic British there are around 20% who do actively welcome immigration either for economic gain (eemployers) or sexual *gain* (you know, the: "I fink Polish girls are really fit" mindset), then ofthe 80% who aresomewaht unhappy about mass immigration the majority, if they are not directly and noticeably economically disadvantaged by it, still havent thouht about it loads and may have swallowed much of the government (far right, racist) propaganda claiming Brits are unskilled, lazy etc and that we need immigrants even though we blatently have many citizens who want to work but are unemployed.

Isn't it funny that whenever there is a crime committed by an immigrant some people say that we must not generalise one person's action to be common for the entire group of people that person comes from. However, the very same people who say that we shouldn't generalise may say in the next sentence things like the British are lazy and stupid and therefore there needs to be more immigrants.

The comment is not a generalisation, its an observation that it is the same people, i.e. those defending the pro immigration agenda, who do this. Howeer I am not 'generalising' by saying they all do so.

Bear in mind CB100, that this figure is not in any way a 'count' it is simply a *guesstimate*, based on the discredited 'unfit for purpose' Interational passenger survey, a series of random 'counts' over short periods at selected points of entry and questioning of a proportion of entrants. Questions asked include for example: 'How long do you intend remaining in the UK?'
Those with no right to remain permanently are of coures not going to anwer truthfully, and even for EU citizens, their answers are likely to be indecisive at first, however hopeful their intentions that thing will work out well and they can remain indefinitely.
