Yep, the BBC has bias.
But its still the least biased news source I'm aware of.
If anyone has anything better to offer I'd be happy to look at it.
What is dangerous about the BBC Brian is that people are fooled into thinking it is unbiased, while at least when you choose a newspaper you know exactly what it's bias is, and can read between the lines accordingly. A feigned lack of bias is the most evil.

We are not talking about *race* we are talking about ethnicity, the very minor genetic differences between gene pools which distinguish groups, and the cultural differences that accompany them. "British" like "Polish" "Russian" "Greek" is both a nationality AND an ethnicity. Lenny Henry and your wife are both British nationals but neither of them are ethnic British, Henry is also as you say a different race, while your wife is of European descent (I assume) thus same race, her ethnic roots maybe are entirely British (goign back afew genrations) or maybe mixed European, as many Americans are.British is a nationality.

"American" is a nationality for all its citizens, but an "ethnicity" only for the indigenous Indians, who are themselves of various sub ethncities, but all ethnic Americans.
Us ethnic Brits at present do still form the majority ethnic group in Britain, but at current rates of immigratiopn we will end up a minority just like the ethnic Americans. Heaven help us!

How else would you interpret British racism than that it referes to race.
Which, as my example above demonstrated is just nonsensical.
But if you love a site that comes out with that sort of junk, that's your choice.
