That vote made Kosovo independent. The Scots will ratify that in a referendum. The Kosovars had no such ratification.The Scottish Parliament has officially endorsed the idea of Scottish Independence for the first time in its recent history.
The historic vote, the first since the dissolution of the old Parliament in 1707, saw MSPs back the idea of a Sovereign Scotland by 69 votes to 52.
It won't happen, but, it is now possible to be recognised as an independent country. Diplomacy will wait for the referendum result, I believe. Yet..... Scotland can now move fore ward, it is up to Westminster to keep up.
Questions will be asked, answers demanded.
