    Default Breach of the Peace?

When on earth is the Scottish government going reform the common law offence of Breach of the Peace? For years it has been to vague, too all-encompassing and overly-reliant on precedent. Breach of the Peace needs to be strictly defined. Otherwise it's just a fly way to 'get' people for doing anything that the police don't like. And that's ridiculous. Why have the Scots put up with this situation for so long? It beats me.

Don't worry, you can still get ******-up in Englandshire wreak havoc in any way you deem fit. Why ought you worry about a law that might defend your rights or lock you up when naughty?
