The impending breakup of the UK (even if it doesn't happen this time round) affords us a unique opportunity to scrap British citizenship and replace it with a new, ethnic English citizenship. Foreign groups already domiciled here over more than one generation could stay on good behaviour. But each group would be responsible for the conduct of its members. If one group (e.g. Muslims) proved itself to be responsible for a high proportion of terrorist acts, paedophile rape gangs, beatings, violence etc. then it could be fined as a group (copying the Muslim Jizya system of corporate reponsibility) and ultimately expelled.

Nah, bollux, great post and I understand, but a Grey Squirrel is always a grey, as is an American signal crayfish, and what they do is out compete the competion, and that's what a lot of people on here don't understand. In and then the way of biology and the world and ancient man, and carboniferous period, the crocs, and birds and the humanoids, homo errectus, australopithecus etc, won't kill you off, attack you in any great way. They simply out competed the competition.

You'll simply be driven off your feeding grounds or home territory.

I believe a civil war is inevitable... end of. If we try to prevent it using the methods you suggest then we will have a civil war. If we do nothing then I think we will have one regardless.
