Same goes for non-Muslims living in Muslim countries.

So is that why in Saudi I would be able to convert to Christianity, how many of your middle Eastern states allow the open building of synagogues. Sudan and Nigeria have people like the Janjaweed, attacking non muslim tribes and forcing them to convert, the same thing in Thailand where entire villages are being Islamised.

Many have very strict dress codes, which are policed with violence if anyone dares to forget. Most Muslim women cannot leave Islam, and must obey from the moment they are born to the moment they die. I often hear the excuse that forcing women into polygamous marriages, mutilating their genitals and banning them from driving cars is unIslamic, but I never hear Muslims condemn it. But the point is that we do read the facts. That's why Islam is regarded with the contempt it is. You cannot deny that events have created people's opinions of Islam. It has nothing to do with Islamphobia or racism.
