What is interesting, is that of the five seats that Respect won, they were all Muslim candidates. Respect did field some non Muslim candidates, but none of them won.

I'm actually quite happy about Respect winning, because if they hadn't of stood, then NuLabour would have won and probably with a Muslim candidate anyway.

I've been saying for years that the Muslim block vote has been using NuLabour, but when they felt they were strong enough, they would start standing Muslims as a Muslim on an independent ticket, which is virtually what Respect is.

NuLabour has been given a bloody nose twice recently, they are going to lose control of councils that they have run for years. If if they still get NuLabour Muslim candidates elected, they're going to have very little control over them.

Respect is a muslim organization with useful idiot Galloway fronting it. I wonder when they will cut him loose as being no longer needed. So Bradford is now officially Bradfordistan. Wait for massive muslim influx and many more mosques.
Still, it's good they are deserting Labour and thus lowering the mask.
