Being a creaky old Brit, I have an affection for creaky old British stuff, and I really like the TV series (hence my picture preference).
I think Douglas referred to the multi-format presence of 'Hitchikers' as being one of his goals (ie radio, Television, books and then a film), and even though I wasn't a big fan of the film, I try not to make comparisons.
I still think the radio show is king (I think this came first too). Paddy Kingsland's musical input really turned me on to the possibilities of electronic music/effects
The blue emphasised bits of Papa's post above prove that he is a civic nationalist. He believes that anyone born in Africa is an African. This, by logic, must translate into a similar scenario for himself. If Papa Luigi were born in Africa he would be an Arican. Therefore Papa Luigi, in his own words, would be "not white people." And, by logical extension, anyone from anywhere else in the world born in Britain, is British.
He has wound himself into his own web and no amount of wriggling or abuse will extract him from it. To hold two views simultaneously is dichotomous and in logical proof of the validity of arguments constitutes a flawed argument by hypocrisy. In other words Papa Luigi is a bigot. (He is also an utterly useless debater as this serious flaw in his logic will illustrate.) Lies won't help. The truth is that Papa holds two viewpoints in direct conflict with one another and is unwittingly acknowledging a belief in civic nationalism. It is amazing how hatred can twist someone into making a total fool of themselves but Papa has managed it. He thinks all the non-whites in Britain are British.

Only recently has this been the case. Prior to WW2 the two would have been to all intents and purposes synonymous. Now it appears anyone and everyone can make a claim to the title English.

There is no point in even trying to persuade a left wing establishment (which by default includes all of it regardless of its declared stripe) of any such notion due to the "obvious empirically observed fact" that the whole lot of them are not listening to those pleas and are in fact actively hostile to it.
Why must our claim to our own land carry no greater validity than that of aliens, just why exactly is my native claim trumped by that of an interloper? Every ethnicity will seek dominance overtly or covertly and I reserve the right to primacy and dominance in my own land, this is not up for negotiation and was never on the table. Not my problem. I have my own problems. I came here to defend and support the British, not the general all purpose nation calling itself this, but the ethnic people who have a right to survive and be free to govern themselves and express their culture and civilization without the threat of mass immigration and state enforced multiculturalism crushing them out of existence. I cannot be blamed for wanting this. However I do feel that the sterling work people like you and your gaggle of misfits have accomplished is so much worse than anything the left could come up with that I can no longer see any point in trying to support in a nationalist context the place and people from whom I descend.
