So all Labour supporters are similar, are they? Don't you ever get an inkling when you're scraping the barrel?

You must be a very timid creature Pink One if you think I need calming down. That or you still haven't a clue how I operate. I'm always calm, as calm as a sniper about to pull the trigger. Oops! I've let the cat out of the bag. Poor Marvin will be in hysterics.

I was about to say that to those unversed in your scribble, that post won't make sense.

Then I realised that I didn't understand it either.

Haha, you have a funny idea of 'control' Seymour.

It's really up to you whether you calm down or not, although, with you being a surgeon, it would be a good idea. It's just that you don't seem very calm and always seem to 'escalate' light hearted stuff into mud slinging, there is no great issue here to get wound up about, relax.

Have you got any thoughts about Sir Patrick (Top Man!)?

    No.
Well, that's a start, because in order to answer in the negative, you had to give him some thought. You see, this is the way that informative discussions happen, by expanding on smaller issues.

He was a (semi) hero of mine when I was young, mainly because I was very keen on astronomy. He seemed sort of 'eccentric' too, which fits him in with that quaint British predilection.

I'm off gardening now, and unlike you, it has a calming effect on me. Will you be operating today?

Funny, but you do come across as a star gazer.

It is amazing that you can discern this.

As a youth it was just a hobby, but as I've got older I've started to see it as a window into an appreciation of our (minute) place in things, and therefore has taken on a philosophical tinge.

A study of evolution and especially geology of late gives me a similar pause for thought. are there any fields of thought that make you feel small Seymour?

I can see it now. All the girls just queuing up to look through your telescope. Looks like you were just as popular back then as you are now.

Nothing makes me feel small. Anyone ever tell you that you are about as interesting as watching paint dry?

I asked about feeling small, because your constant little digs are a sign of someone who feels a need to elevate themselves frequently ie someone who is insecure.

I don't think I'm the only one who has noticed this either.
