Default The decline and fall of Britain.

Following yesterday's news that twice as many people as last year are relying on charity food shops for their survival ( http://www.guardian.co.uk/society/20...?newsfeed=true ) comes today's news that teachers are finding more and more children are undernourished.

........... “While on lunch duty I often see scavenger pupils finishing off mates’ scraps as they haven’t eaten enough,” one teacher told the researchers. Others said that free school meals were often the only food that some students were given to eat - emphasising their importance at a time when the Children’s Society has warned that 120,000 families could lose free meals as a result of benefit reforms.More than one in four teachers said they regularly see children walking miles to school as they cannot afford transport. And more than two-thirds said that they often see pupils with holes in their shoes. One teacher said that he sees a primary school girl walk to school almost every day, a distance of at least four miles. Another told of how a pupil walked to school in the snow wearing just her socks because her shoes no longer fit her.
Several teachers reported buying food or clothing for pupils.

What a shocking picture of our country. Did any poster when they were younger, ever dream that our country would sink so low that thousands of families would need charity food parcels?

How long is it going to be before Cameron and Clegg feel the wrath of the British people? Or are we all going to wait until we ourselves are in the queue for a meal?
    This is England and .....

My personal feeling is that the Trussell Trust estimate of 1/2 million people needing food banks by the next general election is a big underestimate.

My late father was born in 1926, so he grew up during some hard times. Although his father worked at Rolls Royce in Derby, life wasn't easy even for the employed and he told me about having to put cardboard inside his shoes and playing barefoot in the street.

Yes, I thought we'd left those times behind.

But would any alternative to the present 'lot' be any better?

    That's the really depressing thing.

The answer is a party that is business friendly which is what the Tories are supposed to be so we are kind of ******... Growth is the key and unbelievably it seems to be Labour that have worked that one out. Meanwhile the thick arrogant posh boys blindly keep up the austerity whilst the economy crashes in pieces around them.

Maybe we should link prime ministers and chancellors pay to economic growth.

Don't blame it on the Tories, NuLabour were no different and they bankrupted us. Blame it on the globalists, we have a plutocracy and it doesn't really matter which of the main parties we have elected (hence the LibLabCon or OPWTN tag) because they no longer run the country.

The globalists want us back in serfdom and they're gradually achieving it. There was good video I posted the other day that explained this. Wealth is being transferred from the rich to the poor. We have wage deflation, company pensions have all but disappeared, home ownership is declining for the first time ever and we are now stuck with permanent unemployment. I've been saying for the last 18 months that they would do away with the minimum wage, by either reducing it or freezing it until it became meaningless and lo and behold, Gideon freezes it in this year's budget.

We've had recessions before, but things didn't go backwards like they are now. NHS and social security will go, some time in the medium term. They'll allow it to get so abused by immigration and health tourists, then announce we can no longer afford it.

I have long said that allowing foreigner abuse of the NHS and social security was an effective way to gain public support for its destrcution. Labour were tasked with opening the doors to foriegner abuse and Tories with destruction of the welfare state, to maintain an impression of authenticity.

Does Cameron even expect to or care about winning the next election? Probably not. He'll have done what he set out to in four guaranteed years, then he will receive his rewards, as Blair did.

What is bizarre is that naive muesli munchers who love the NHS and welfare state are so keen on immigration, when Open Bordesr are so utterly incompatible with their continuation.

You seem to be accepting the fact that we are the victims of a velvet 'Coup d'etat' of sorts, I would agree, we are. The political elite regardless of party have slowly over the years mugged us and in saying 'us' I'm talking about the silent majority, we are so very good at not making a 'fuss' in this country. I have to say, some politicians were better at it than others, look at oh so honest Tony Blair who today is a very rich man, and hated as much as Thatcher, even more possibly.
It is not racist to be concerned about immigration.

Yes, but it was Blair & Brown, the other thick arrogant posh boys that got us in this situation. Both Jocks, as is Cameron almost (first of his family not to be born in Scotland).

Both received privileged education. NuLabour and the Tories are now from the same stable.

Rip Britain! a once green and pleasant land is now an urban jungle like a south american country or cuba run by a dictator.
