In today's Daily Mail there is a feature in the 'Coffee Break' section about Scottish National Party Leader, Arthur Donaldson who was interned under Regulation 18b in 1940, because MI5 compiled a report with 'evidence' which stated that he was a 'Nazi sympathiser who gave great praise to Germany'.

There is also the point that his internment was for only a short period. If he was such a threat he would have been locked up for the duration of the war.
Anyway, this story came to light years ago, I wonder why the Mail is bringing it up now - obviously part of the anti Nationalist (Independence) campaign.

It might be helpful to point out that Chancellor Merkel has been awarded the "Medal Of Freedom" by the USA. Are the US Government a bunch of Nazis?

Does it mention that Mosley was Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster in the Labour Government of 1929–1931?
