    Volcano power talks to fuel Britain

    The Government is to enter negotiations to tap the power of Iceland's volcanoes to pump low-carbon electricity into the UK.

    With power cables along the sea bed.

    Cost a lot but not as much as a nuclear power plant.

    Only if they used superconductors at minus 200- not practical over that distance....
