As I said, it has to go back to its roots .. Labour would be worse.

I think there will be a revolt in the Tories before the next election .. and a new leader.

The Tory party wont go back to its roots ever.
As for Labour they wouldnt have even dared go as far as the Tories on political correctness and cutting defence spending.

If people had voted against the Cons then Cameron would already be gone.
If you want to push the Tories right then vote for a nationalist party.
It has worked in Greece, Denmark and France.

You are so not ready for a viable Nat. party .. no way near credible stage yet.
If people had not voted Conservative you would now have Ed Milliband & his joke party and be even more broken.
Next time you will have Respect as well to deal with .. they are going make a big impact, as in hitting the fan.

Who do you think seeded your authorities with PeeCee whilst in power .. as for spending, you are broke. But I doubt the public really grasp just how much.

If people had not voted Conservative we would still have Brown in charge and the Tories might now have a man of the right in charge.
Also we wouldnt have put the kibosh on our aircraft carriers and wouldnt have gay marriage.

The Tories have been Pee Cee for decades now and they are spending more than even Labour did.

Doing a Blair, because it worked for him. I doubt you really fathom just how big a hole the UK is in.
Walk a block in the government's shoes and see how far you get.

We are in a hole because people keep voting for the main three parties who dig it deeper and deeper.
All want more immigrants and more debt.
But be happy Marilyn you voted for it.
They say you get the government you deserve.

The Lib Dems will probably peel off next time round. In general elections one must vote with one's head. You can support whatever you like but to be strategically powerful you need to vote for a party that has a chance of getting into power, stopping the dangerous one from succeeding. Voting small in general elections splits the results, shaves off marginal votes that could be crucial and hands victory to the opposition on a plate. Local is better for small parties and independents.
    Hello Dee Dee, long time.

The Lib Dems wont peel off, they will disappear into the ether. After the next election the Monster Raving Looney Party will have more supporters than the Lib Dems which is why Clegg is hanging on to his fifteen minutes, a Lib Dem he may be, thick he aint.

You seem to be suggesting the electorate have to vote for Labour or the Tories because they are the only two parties that have a chance of winning. I must point out that the only reason a party wins is because people vote for them. I accept, reluctantly that the next election will be a competition between Labour and the Tories as all post war elections in this country have been. However, I think the electorate are getting restless, Labour has changed for the worse (IMO) and as for the Tories, well at least we have a modicum of comfort in fact that we know what the Tories do, they don't change.

It's time for change which is why I've joined UKIP, I don't for a minute think they have all the answers but to simply vote Lab/Con 'as usual' is not the answer, we need change and any change would be better than no change.
It is not racist to be concerned about immigration.
