far as i know ulip did not fill all seats anyway.
far as i know local branchs vote for their candidates.

No I didn't say that. Quite honestly I have no idea what goes on in the inner circles of the UKIP. All I can do is to make inferences from what I see coming out of it. One thing the Tories still know how to do is to make sure only those ultra-loyal Tories get to stand in elections or some other public-facing capacity. You will see, if you read Winston McKenzie’s Wikipedia entry, that he has been in every party there is practically. Why is that do you think? How does having this monkey represent the UKIP make people think it really cares about immigration? It’s like employing an immigrant at immigration control at Heathrow airport.
