The birth rate is lower, granted, but I know plenty of nice bouncy and totally white English babies around at the moment. I assume that in 37-47 years time they will have school-age children. Not all of those babies I know now are going to be having mixed-race partners, surely? And why are none of them in London? Where have they gone?
