New website?

I was looking for some independent discussion of the UPP (Don't ask, anything becomes interesting when presented with an essay :P ) Anyway, I found this website. http://uppuk.wordpress.com/ Would anyone care to elaborate as to what it is? It appears to be a new website for the UPP, yet it's mostly unfinished and talks about several things that don't exist at the moment, like the "Paragon's Guild". Any comments?

As one of the revolving screens on the 'Home' page wishes the reader 'A Happy New Year' it has either been adandoned or it is a rarely visited, long-term project.

The above site was thrown together a short while ago.

The absence of text and the use of the crude imagery on the slide is simply because we were, at that time, merely playing around with how the structure of the new website might look.

As it is, the bulk of the text and far more professional imagery has now been sorted out and it is merely a matter of transferring it onto a site such as this and going through the process of having the new website go live.

The only reason that this has not yet happened is because, put bluntly, we haven’t gotten around to it yet.

The new website was supposed to be put together and launched in the latter half of 2012, so we’re in no major rush to get it done.
