The problem is Ale Monkey thinks it does....I reckon it's all part of the Commie plot to undermine the US health system and bring in an NHS. This is just the start of adopting the well known NHS practice of throwing babies downstairs in the hospital while brutally attacking new fathers. It's part of the plan to reduce the population.
