Devo Max means all the money raised in Scotland will be spent in Scotland. We would also pay our share of Defence and Foreign Affairs costs. How, exactly, will England be funding it

Salmond already has the legal authority to levy up to 3% taxation of Scots. The fact that not even 0.01% has been levied says much! So much for Scottish pride!
Actually the right has lapsed. What would be the point of altering the tax rate, it would probably just result in a rearranged Block Grant

The UK will cease to exist, Scotland will become a neuclear armed power. England is not, and under the treaty, can not be armed. There is a precedent on this when the USSR broke up and Ukrane and Belarus became neuclear armed powers.
Why would Scotland become a Nuclear power? True the subs and some warheads are in Scotland, but are all movable, but the launch codes are in London.

Each of the Vanguard class has a crew of 135. How many do you think are Scottish? Maybe the SNP would consider having its main millitary assets crewed by English Mercenaries!

Under any division of naval assets I imagine that Scotland would come out with 1 or 2 frigates, a handful of Mine countermeasure ships and a few patrol and survey vessels.
