    Well I assume Robin Tilbrook intends this to be a public affair - he was warned by Stuart Parr that his threats would be put into the public domain, but he kept making them, and now, belatedly but as promised, the High Court.

    What do you think of the basis of his action?

    Fine, I'm sure I will find many ways to rephrase it over the coming weeks/months. It will be interesting to see how it progresses, and what the unintended consequences are for Robin Tilbrook's English Democrats.
