If they need that they're not worth joining.

Who really cares whether UKIP adopts such a half-baked proposal simply because it purports to be an English Parliament?

It still denies the people of England parity with Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland ~ no England Executive and no separate drafting of Bills for England!

Which proposal are you talking about? Did you mean the one in which "England can be recognised politically and constitutionally equal to Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland", where "England would have a First Minister and
executive" and where the parliament "will be responsible for domestic legislation such as education, health, the environment and transport"?

    http://www.ukip.org/media/pdf/UnionForFuturedl.pdf.

Or is there another one you don't care about?

Yep, that's the one! Don't believe the arrangements will work in practice ~ too near current embedded customs with MPs from Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, in what will be "the other place" bobbing in and out and poking their noses into England's business in the process in ways not possible in Edinburgh, Cardiff and Belfast. That dog's dinner abandons individual accountability with the AMS, and institutionalises the party system.

How many counties are there and how many AMs in each? Currently, 129 MSPs represent 5 million people in Scotland. How many Members will there be in that English Parliament to represent 52 million? The fewer members [as Cameron wants for the Commons], the more effectively party whips can control a parliament!

Its based on a federal Model with Full devolution for all countries.
Who will be bobbing in and out?

I suspect this is sour grapes because Ukip actually have a workable policy whereas Uncles rhetoric is "they got one so we should".

Alan the proposal and policy was co written with the CEP they are attributed on the policy whereas no one else is. I think they know what they are on about.

Really need to sort your self out, you are either an English nationalist wanting a better England or a self serving politician who is only worried about themselves and their party.

Who and what are you? Edp or an English nationalist. They are not exclusive to each other like a few in your party think.

I don't expect you to debate the particular points I raised; they are simply too difficult for you.

Just go away and debate the subject with your fellow UKIP Members ~ they have a vote, I don't ~ just as you have no vote on EDP policy, even though I am aware that you creep around the backdoor, in a most unseemly way, trying to influence English Democrats whilst denying others [ie me!] their rightful say.

You are butting in again! It's none of your business, which is probably sufficient reason for the rebuffed whiner to tell you!
