    Pleas are meant to be entered on that date (something can always happen before then, to delay it).

    Depending on the pleas, the judge then has a decision to make. They'll probably be not guilty pleas, so he will then set a trial date.

    I read yesterday (I think) that she is pleading not guilty to perjury and putting forward a defence of "marital coercion", I think it was called. In others words (I suppose), her brief will argue that yes, she did take the penalty points for her hubby, but it wasn't her fault because he made her do it.

    Yes, women's lib at its best. I really hope that defence is treated with the contempt it deserves..
