With about 1,000 messages and 32,000 visits, that was one of the most popular offerings on this site, probably because it dealt with a variety of interesting subjects (as well I must say, as with utter rubbish).

It had to be closed for the reasons that we know, but remains available for consultation, and it may be that some of us will occasionally want to revert to it.

Health insurance in America: US Supreme court case

The Economist is carrying a very informative article regarding the background of the case (possibility of a individual insurance "mandate") now before the US Supreme Court. See :
