Marmitegate would be the obvious one that springs to mind. Also any employment related cases, these could have been easily avoided had the correct procedure been followed initially.

Just as I suspected but I was more concerned about your personal comments so I am looking for myself and the only way to do that is ask you. So can you explain or is it too awkward for you due them not actually making any sense? It certainly looks that way.
