Being a bit prickly! It was a general statement about stuff being posted on the EDP section, such as false election results, reports of meetings etc. It wasn't aimed at you.
I don't disagree.
Err, wot were you saying about lies . . . ??
However, a FOI Request reveals that Mr Smitheman did NOT stand as a formally nominated One England candidate, despite the bogus claim made on the One England official website! Mr Smitheman seems to know much about hypocrites and being deceitfully hypocritical!http://www.oneengland.org/index/blog...ed-councillor/
One England
We Are Proud To Introduce Our First Elected Councillor
PRESS RELEASE
One England Councillor Elected
One England are the new boy’s on the block of English Nationalist parties.
Party Leader John Botting says “And it’s not a bad record so far. Just seven months after our formation One England gains its first councillor”.
One England is very happy to announce that the parties National Membership Secretary, Terry Smitheman has been elected unopposed onto Featherstone Parish council in Staffordshire.
This was the first time that One England has stood a candidate in any election so we are very pleased to have taken this important, first step on our electoral journey.
As far as we know this is the first ever English Nationalist councillor, at any level, in Staffordshire.
Party Leader John Botting thanked Terry Smitheman for his hard work in achieving this excellent and very pleasing result. Terry was confident that One England may have other local councillors looking at joining the party in the near future.

When you have all stopped fighting and arguing like kids in the school playground maybe you could give the ordinary voters a reason why they should vote for your particular party.
Pathetic
Cassie - Whilst we're talking about hypocrites, you joined a party whose core principles you rejected (civic nationalism) and whose methods you often did not support, albeit not very publicly or firmly. The reason you gave was that you considered an English Parliament worth putting aside some ideals for. And yet you criticise those that are following a similar practical approach now that UKIP are considering an EP policy.
It's about time a practical chap like you abandoned an EDP with little future, forgot about antagonising the micro parties and joined up with a more influential party such as UKIP where there is more chance of something actually being achieved.
