I voted 'No'. We consolidated our position by replacing our stock of 'councillors who had defected' with 'councillors elected as UKIP', however we lost one councillor. It wasn't an outright failure, so doesn't earn the 'very poor' label.

No. The only winners were the establishment.

I put very poor because if we cant make inroads when the main parties are in the state they are i don't see how we will ever do any good.
Also its fine getting a few parish council seats some of them unopposed but were we even close to getting a seat on a City council not to my knowledge. |

I always get mildly confused when people put 'Don't Know/Care' options on polls. If that is the case then why vote at all?
Although, for the record, I did vote as that option. I'd say that it was a very small success if, as Alex said, UKIP's position had been consolidated. Akria

Trying to find this slight success i thought i would look at an area that i believed we were strong in Exeter here are a few comparable results i found.

I think I was the one who commented on it being a slight success; considering the bad publicity the smaller parties have been getting, it's a good result to be able to hang on at all.
