Exactly - it shows just what the liberal-leftist-europhile political establishment in our country are all about. They always hated Enoch Powell because he spoke up for British interests.

I hope he took it as a compliment that that shower did not want to Honour his brilliant intellect and his admirable opposition to the EEC/EU and to mass immigration.

He will be remembered long after they have all been forgotten.

More is the pity.

I regarded Lady Thatcher as one of the two most important figures in British politics in the last century (the other being Churchill, of course) and politics in the UK has been duller and poorer since vile europhiles helped bring about her downfall.

They are now (deservedly) on the political scrapheap (or heading rapidly towards it) - but she (still a world-famous political figure) will go down in history.
