Default London Assembly Results 2008

I thought that I would start a thread for the GLA results as they come in. They are apparently due this afternoon and evening.

BBC NEWS | Election 2008 | London Assembly Election 2008

The 2004 results can be found here:
London Elects - 2004 London Assembly Results

Alliance for Diversity in Community, Uppal 0.26%
British National Party 4.71%
Christian Peoples Alliance 2.86%
Conservative Party 27.84%
Green Party 8.37%
Labour Party 24.43%
Liberal Democrats 16.50%
Respect 4.57%
UK Independence Party 8.18%

Bearing in mind that UKIP is defending two seats and 8.18% of the vote, the criteria for results, I think, are:

Excellent : 2 or more assembly members
Good : One assembly member
Indifferent : 4-5% of the vote
Poor : 2%-4%
Terrible : less than 2%

Anyone disagree with these criteria? I originally put the 'poor' category at 2-3%, but if UKIP gets less than 4.09% their vote will have more than halved, which can't really be regarded as anything other than poor in reality... even if this might be a struggle based on polling data.

Why did UKIP get less than the greens last time for London assembly but more for Mayor ?

I don't expect anything from London. I think the BNP will be the protest vote there,

The BBC results for individual wards in London are completely messed up. Some are showing zero percent for every candidate, others have total vote counts wildly off.
