Default Huhne Resigns as Energy secretary.

Chris Huhne resigns over criminal charge in speeding case | Politics | The Guardian

I think Huhne's ex wife must be quite a peice of work to cause all this fuss just because Huhne gave her the push. Apparently it's a mandatory prison sentence for both of them if convicted. What do they say about a woman scorned? They cut their noses off to spite their faces?

The tone of voice when the BBC announced the news on Radio 4 was like there was some sort of state funeral going on. They were going on and on about how he was a force for good and forcing the Tories to adopt strict climate change objectives was said to be his greatest feat. It almost made me throw up! They had Clegg saying he was Mr Wonderful as well and he hoped that he would be back in the cabinet soon. Mind you it sounds more like porridge to me.

I always thought it was ex wife who grassed him up which seems strange as she would implicate herself as she would also commit perjury by signing the form saying she was driving. Now she is denying the charges. Should be an interesting trial?

Hopefully it will finish his political career. Whilst we have sub zero temperatures and the wind turbines are not moving due to high pressure and still air, we can contemplate on the stupidity of wind farms and their uselessness.
Yes, it's me, I'm having a small problem with my main account and I'm waiting for it to be sorted.

Yep its perfect news. He was fanatical about windmills and all of that stupidity, and now like Phil Jones before him, the whole charade has another nasty stain on it, but what is in common is the cheating. Hopefully it will bring the Lib Dems another notch down as well. Everything the Lib Dems stand for is a con.

Yeah, I just put that, because the next question would be, what was the outcome of the court case.

Interestingly, Huhne has hired Harry Redknapp's lawyers, that got him off.
