The fact that a General Election will not now be called will of course present the Lib Dems the opportunity to move on the leadership. I dont know how they got themselves into this state. I disasgreed with Charles Kennedy on most things apart for Iraq but it was obvious he had a rare quality for a political leader and that was people seemed to quite like him. The way people hid his problem and then brought it out in the open to get rid of him was despicable.
