Liberal 'Democrat' MP David Laws - who, two weeks ago, allegedly described those campaigning for a referendum on the EU 'Amending' Treaty as "headbangers" has - surprisingly - been given position number 66 on the Telegraph's list of the top 100 right wing people in the country:
