Default Frank Fields on the Beeb

Not often do I find myself paying tribute to a Labour MP but despite all the crooks in the party three stood up for a referendum on the constitution. Frank Fields is one of them and he has had the chief whip swear at him and try and mentally beat him up, but the man is still not sorry for what he has done, he says it's all a load of empty threats which include withdrawing the party whip for being non-loyal to his party. Well he says he is standing up for his party's election manifesto pledge so he is more loyal than the rest of them. Even the BBC man was sympathetic to him. So the trial continues (or does it?)

His stated aim is to have a referendum because he believes his party is breaking their 2005 manifesto commitment by not doing so. It does not necessarily follow that he thinks we are BOO - although very possibly the case.

At least he seems to have some principles and integrity. A rare site in parliament these days.

Yes - I think that these are his real strengths - and very refreshing to see.
