Default More Labour woes

Labour's General Secretary Resigns

Labour's General Secretary Peter Watt has resigned over a series of controversial donations to the party.

Peter Watt resigned over donations. He revealed that he knew a wealthy party backer had made a series of anonymous donations totalling almost £400,000 by "gifting" the cash to friends and colleagues.

In a statement, Mr Watt said he was "aware of arrangements whereby David Abrahams gave gifts to business associates and a solicitor who were permissible donors and who in turn passed them on to the Labour Party".

Northern Rock. Missing CD's. Dodgy donations........ The wheels are falling off the waggon. "Come in number 10, your time is up". From (Labour) Hero to Zero in 5 months. At this rate Brown will down and out in 12 months time, particularly if the Eurosceptics can get the true message about EU integration across to the citizens of our country.

Default Pro-EU Brown's Lie-bour Party, Prime Minister, 'Conservative' Major, ERM, economic

Interesting that pro-EU Brown's Lie-bour Party is running into problems four or five months after he became Prime Minister. It was exactly four months from the time that europhile 'Conservative' Major won the 1992 General Election and the day he was forced to pull the UK out of the European Monetary System (ERM) in an economic crisis of his own making (and one which caused pro-euro Major to slump in the polls and lose the following General Election).

Default Gordon Brown's political problems, Blair, Blairites

It crossed my mind a few weeks ago (when Gordon Brown's political problems started to increase) that Blair and the Blairites might be gloating.
