Are these "affordable" ot "social" housing because although the government and developers are trying to blur the edges between the two categories the implications of each are miles apart.
ie.
What is "affordable"? and when that question is answered, will all those who can't "afford" be supplied with "social" housing?. The latter will become a bigger and bigger problem as the former becomes more expensive and less available.

Agreed we have a shamefull culture of dependancy in this country, people who actually do need help suffer because of it.
