Nolly is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Hello

My name is Neil and I live in rural Herefordshire.

I work in teacher training.

I believe that those in power should represent the views of the electors, and not their parties.

Am I too idealistic?

Hi Nolly.
Dosnt it follow that they get into power because of the views of the party.Of course this argument goes tits up when the party changes its views and then dosnt represent the people whos views it now holds in contempt

Welcome

Hi Nolly,

Welcome

No it's good to be idealistic - we need more people like that on here.

But people and political parties trying to suppress you will say you're not "realistic".
Just don't believe them - it's their job to fool you !

Welcome to the forum, and no, you're not being too idealistic. A lot of forum members feel the same way.
