Lebanon has had free and fair elections as has the Palestinian Authority. If you disagree with the results - Hamas in Parliament, Hizbollah in Parliament that is unlucky. I don't like some of the extreme religious parties in Israel's Knesset, but I don't have a vote.

BF, because you have read little or nothing of settler killings doesn't mean they don't happen. You just read the wrong newspapers.

BF, the Arabs attacked Israel for the reason that the land was taken without their consent, their villages were destroyed, people were massacred and driven from their homes. It was not to do with 'hatred of the Jews'.

You should read some history.

I recommend One Palestine Complete by Tom Segev and From Beirut to Jerusalem by Thomas Friedman. These are books by Jewish authors lest you accuse me of an Arab bias.

Read the Balfour Declaration.
