I have just joined but I recognise one or two of you from posting on the NO2ID forum, which is my usual home.
I'm known to be a little controversial at times but one thing I will say is that I'm dead against the EU and have spent a bit of time disseminating to others what it is really all about. I do quite a bit of research on this kind of thing and hope to throw in a few useful bits of ammunition in the fight to regain our sovereignty as and when I come across them. Anyway good job all you working at the UKIP. In all my years the only politician who I have ever had a meaningful conversation with at my door just happened to be from the UKIP, and I have a lot of respect for it. I live down in the South West of England and there seems to be some strong support there. We get quite a few writing into our local paper on EU issues and we recently trashed government plans to merge our five district councils into one EU regional council. Fortunately there were those that spilt the beans and a referendum returned 82% against. And we were on the government's shortlist! |

Welcome to the forum, fellow traveller. I don't think you will find many ID card supporters on this forum!
Strangely enough, I don't expect you'll find many europhiles here either! ![]() And congrats to all of those who have been carrying the anti EU banner in your area and helping trash (EU) regionalisation!

Thanks everyone.
Yes, logical issues. Well that's my job actually; I'm a computer programmer by trade. I think when you program computer systems and know a thing or two about psychology then there is not a world of difference between how our system is constructed and programming methodology in general. As Brzezinski correctly predicted "... society dominated by an elite whose claim to political power would rest on allegedly superior scientific know-how. Unhindered by the restraints of traditional liberal values (founding liberal values like freedom), this elite would not hesitate to achieve its political ends by using the latest modern techniques for influencing public behaviour and keeping society under close surveillance and control." So this is where we are at today. Micromanagement of human behaviour using advanced science and manipulation. Our schools have become nothing more than places of propaganda and if anyone wondered why the Soviets were so well 'educated' I think it's quite clear. This leads me on to believe the way out of this mess is by employing intelligent arguments and cast iron proofs to people about how they are being abused by our government. At NO2ID we have been following this strategy and really we are starting to see their case crumble now. I think the EU is looking rather shaky at the moment as well. They have been caught out trying to sneak the constitution in through the back door. Now people want a referendum, just like they did with our local council issue. We know they are not going to win that so it's an interesting time. |

Welcome. I seen you post to NO2ID quite a lot. I used to post from time to time, but I lost heart in NO2ID, even though I still support its stated goal.

Speaking of ID, my 6 month old sister now has one of those passports with a chip in it. Behind the photo is loads of copper wire and a small chip.
The way the copper loops around the page makes me think it is an RFID tag.
