scotgirl is just starting out

this was the post i was trying hard to avoid posting but matters this morning have come to a head in my mind

so lets get everything out in the open

1stly , yes i am the same scotgirl, could be easily confirmed by the moderators based on where i live and the ISP i use

2ndly i have had 3 different types of Personal message

the supportive ones, thank you everyone who sent me one of those much appreicated

the why are you here go back to......(insert differnt options here) i can deal with them ,

and thirdly the out and out insulting, attacking nasty personal messages one of the reasons (and there was a few) that i left last time was because of these personal messages , the last time should i have reported them to a moderaor, perhaps, but a quick look at the forum at the time i left would show you why i didnt take that option

so any further personal message attacks will be copied here in full along with the name of the person that sent them

however lets just look at a few posts about me since i have returned the final one is from a moderator

Yes,you may be right about losing her bloke MKP, but she probably relies on a giggle stick and may have lost that,or,battery may be low. Quite obvious, she's immensly frustrated and mixed up again,I knew it was a mistake to accommodate her back on this Forum, should have avoided her and let her return to all the other Forums she Trolls.
Quote:
She doesn't usually answer points,we are required to answer her points and supply her with info, links and such.
Quote:
It's bad enough she's a troll...

...it's worse she can't spell for toffee
and here is one written by a moderator

Quote:
Also, I'm not convinced this is the same Scotgirl, but if it is, what happened? Did someone steal your bloke or something?
there are plently of people here who do want to talk politics, polices etc and thats the great part but there is also that rubbish to contend with,

i dont mind friendly banter, being called a mad fish etc but the personal stuff is uncalled for, if you cant take hearing a differnt opinion then politics is the wrong game,

spelling re-joining i was between a rock and a hard place if my initial posts had been spell checked though word or whatever i would have been accused of not being scotgirl but leaving the bad spelling in means that i am open to people pointing out the spelling rather than answering the points ive made

so from here on in if you really cant read what ive typed ill try again however if anyone points out spelling just for the sake of it even if the rest of thier post is worthwile answering the whole post will be ignored by myself. Im already sick fed up of people avoiding my points by pointing out the spelling errors instead. to my mind it shows that the person pointing out the mistakes doest have a reasoned argument

ive said before ill only post as scotgirl one of the reasons for re-joining is that i didnt want anyone else to steal it and pretend to be me (i belive that has happened on another forum recently ) .. ill repeat again the moderators could if they chose prove who i am I WILL ONLY EVER POST AS SCOTGIRL

however during the months everyone who has posted here with even the slightest hint of left wing polcies has been accused of being me, driving those people away from the boards , and based on what ive had to put up with from the past week im surprised ive lasted this long , this has had the effect of reducing debate from the differnt political spectrums

either you want to hear all sides of debates or you dont, being downright nasty to anyone who doesnt have the same opinions dousnt help as UKIP members will keep heading down the same road and then look stunned when they come last in an election

one Veritas member did say one thing that stuck with me about the Veritas forum is that the Veritias members there were all feeding each other making it sound as if the whole country agreed with thier views where in fact it was only a small number who posted on that board and i can see the same thing happening here

before i posted i checked the board and it did seem the nice friendly place to post that i remember from before however there has been a few people that have treated me with nothing but contempt and all without exception have had UKIP avaitars

ah avitars, someone aske why i didnt put my avitar back, well again looking though previous posts you would see that most people were not actually replying to what i said they were responding to the avitar so i will not be adding it although i am fully aware that most people know what party i am a member of

well like i said this was the post i was desparatly avoiding writing

I asked you a question, quit moaning. You have changed and I was hoping you might give us a reason.

That's a fact as far as I can tell. Don't like the heat, get out of the kitchen.

I took that as an attempt at humour, if you really was offended you should have requested he withdraw it first (he would have), followed up with a request to the mods or Anthony.

The spelling thing was low, but quite often people get fingered as trolls. As long as it doesn't go overboard, it tends to be let go. Try developing a thicker skin, or do as I told you above.

You were reasonable, if a little annoying for your attacks on UKIP many holes first time round. As far as I am concerned you can attack UKIP, it's policies and ask for sources until the cows come home.

However, this time round you are more agressive, bend the truth if not outright lie and have one sole mission to rubbish UKIP with the most flimsy of excuses. That's not debate, that's trolling and I for one am not going to let it go without calling it.

Get real or find another forum.

Scotty, Calm down, Calm down, Calm down.If you join a gym you expect to break sweat! politics is not a thing for the squeamish it sometimes hits the bottom .
I suggest you take Ukipman as your example he was provoked by me, but did not rise to the bait even though it risked his cred with the Ukip animal rights brigade, He took the tortoise jibe on the chin . and has gone up in my estimation as a result. By the way I asked people to BOO when you posted and Cheer when Ukipman posts he needs the help.

as far as i can read from the last two postings i shoudl just put up with personal abuse, however i wonder how long i would get away with it before i was banned if the shoe was on the other foot

i follow the rules set down in the forum let me remind everyone

http://www.ukipforum.co.uk/welcome.html

.
Quote:
Please remember that this is a private forum. There is no right to free speech here, and the moderators will edit or delete anything that they deem to be potentially offensive, libellous, or attacking another member of the forum.

together", please treat others the way you wish to be treated. One way to guard against misunderstandings is to read over your response before you post it. Flaming or personal attacks are not allowed or tolerated. Should anyone use inappropriate language, start a personal attack, or engage in hate speech, they will be barred from all further discussions.

there are others that cover the same things

can i ask if these rules are still in place or are they only in place for UKIP members ?????

There still in place for all, but as with all, there isn't zero tollerance. If done in a jokey way rarely, it's not always clamped on.

If there is a real case of harrasment, a pm will see an investigation.

As I have said before, there are no full time professional moderators here, if something slips that really is offensive, point it out.

The definition of attacking is grey. If someone says something stupid, people have the right to point that out. If they go overboard that's another matter.

Exactly. If people tell lies, troll and just attack for the sake of it, expect to recieve suitable responses.

I could have banned a number of people for calling me a lot worse that you have had to "suffer".

As I said, get a tougher skin or find another forum. That's the way things work around here. Point put truly offensive comments to the mods, but don't get upset if they look INTO phpbb_it and find out it was provoked or not realy attacked at all.

There is no black and white on this.

I think this

Quote:
but she probably relies on a giggle stick and may have lost that,or,battery may be low.
is absolutley disgraceful as it is clearly accusing Scotgirl of using a vibrator, etc and is very demeaning. Jokes can be very demeaning and nasty, you know.

NB: Omagh's 1st Sex shop opened recently, perhaps the people of N.Ireland will have something to take there minds off sectarianism?
