I know what you mean! Unfortunately our borough is a "metropolitan" which means I am not in Solihull, Warwickshire according to the powers that be, but in a buffer state beteen Coventry and Birmingham! One thing though! Birmingham Airport is in Solihull, but I suppose Solihull Airport doesn't sound quite the thing!

arden forester, I empathise, but you haven’t got Ken Livingstone in charge, so in the “sympathy stakes” I think I win.

There is nattering every so often about returning to Essex County Council, but we are stuck on the wrong side of the M25, so I don’t see that happening.

Ukipman – you’re more of a UK Ukipman than a mere branch superhero. 8) (PS. Did Kerry get in touch, about next Friday Morning?)
