I don't think that the papers hate us at all. The problem is just that the party hasn't sent out a single positive news announcement in a very long time. The Tories are issuing two or more policy announcements per week.

If we aren't in the papers, it is our fault, no one else's. Let's not start complainging about being victims.

The Guardian hates us. I am not that sure about the Mirror either. They had pictures of RKS dressed up as Hitler in on edition. That is hardly showing us love.

You are right though, let's not be victims and give the papers something to talk about. RKS and Farage have both done that of late, we need more though!

When we think about the effect on the party of any leadership election I feel we should remember that when K-S came on board, it only took him nineteen days to raise our public profile enough to get our MEP intake up to 12 from three. Pundits were saying we'd be lucky to get two this time before he came on the scene.
