GTA 4 disappointed me.

The stations were **** (apart from LRR), you can't surf the cars, and all the fun has been taken out to make room for the realism.

GTA 4 is entertaining, I just don't like how it seems to have abandoned its fun and bright feel like in Vice City and gone for the "realism" effect, everything is one colour - grey.

I also find its constant left-wing pokes annoying.

Oh dear. I'm also a fan of the palette used in Vice City. Such a colourful game without being too overpowering.

Some of GTA IV annoyed me. Sometimes it was very difficult to see where you were driving or what you were aiming at (playing on 1080p 24" monitor). I also thought it could have been bigger with more to do - what, for example, happened to the size and features from SA?

There's also virtually nothing on the last island. I do like how you can visit tourist attractions though, freefall off the Empire State Building is very entertaining!

I also think the wanted level system is much better. Having said that, I think the new 'friends' system sucks.

Yes - its totally boring having to go out and pretend to have fun in between missions.
I was disappointed that the trains aren't drivable too

I agree, the wanted system is great.
