What do they expect China has a population of over 1 billion.

Me included. I regard the death penalty (state murder) as an abomination whenever and wherever it is used. And I am not a 'wet liberal' or anything like that.

And do you mind if I ask how you would feel if a friend of yours were executed (i.e. murdered by the state) for a crime that they did not commit?
