Why is it certain? You seem to be talking only on faith.

If my bargaining position is better than yours I will tend to get more out of the deal than you. If this is continually reinforced I will tend to stay ahead of you and probably build on the gap, particularly if I have as large a head start as alot of colonial grandees.

I could give a brief over view of just what this means in relation to land and the transactions involved but for now this will do.

It is the white farmers that turned the land from one of poverty and in fighting into a land of relative prosperity.The lands taken over the past 8 years now grow very little if any crops,what they do is of poor quality.Do the fools want to go back to Civil war and starvation?
