Default Giuliani & Edwards out as poll puts McCain well ahead of Billary Clinton & Obama

BBC 2 Television Newsnight just said (at 11pm) that John McCain, who won the Republican Primary vote in Florida yesterday, has an 8% lead over Billary Clinton in the contest to be the next American President. Mr. McCain is also 7% ahead of Democrat Party politician Barack Obama according to the new poll.

Rudolph Giuliani has now quit the Republican contest for the next USA Presidential elections pledging his support for Mr. McCain. Democrat Party politician John Edwards has also pulled out of the Democrat contest without saying which candidate he intends to back instead.

American opinion polling specialist Frank Lunt told Newsnight "I can't come up with a more pathetic analogy than (Republican) Rudolph Giuliani spending $30 million on his campaign and winning only one delegate (yesterday in Florida)." Mr. Lunt added Now that Giuliani is out of the race, his vote will go by a ratio of 2 to one to Mr. McCain." Mr. Lunt also said "Mr. McCain will sweep up the Giuliani vote in New York and New Jersey; he will win half the states on 'Super Tuesday' with the other half split between his two main Republican opponents."

Yes but what some are not reporting is the following:

"Ron Paul won all the debates," stated Rudy Giuliani in his speech conceding defeat in the Florida Primary to John McCain. "Government works best when it empowers people to take responsibilities for their own lives.”

Now this is referring to some debates on terrorism that he was trashed in, on Fox News. Notice also the infamous missing Dr Paul on their big debate running up to the early primaries. Even the Fox News staff on the show were saying on air it was insane that he was not invited to the debate. So Giuliani in a rare moment of honesty.

Did you know how many delegates that little side show in Florida won McCain?
