Mugabe is insane, but backed up to the hilt by Thabo Mbeki. Nobody will intervene until we have people starving in their tens of thousands, probably not even then because he's 'black' and can do no wrong. It is a tragedy for the world as the spin off will spread across Southern Africa where over 1 million displaced Zimbabwean refugees are already damaging the neighbouring economies.
