What is the point?

I mean you know why he was honoured in the first place presumably? He worked for the Crown as an 'independent' governor of a British colony after some war of independence. All business as usual and the darling of the international community. Just as Hitler was at one point some politician of the year or something or other on the front cover of Time magazine. Now Saddam was also in a similar position and getting some nice kickbacks from it.

So tell me o wise people why do you think all of a sudden the situation reverses itself and the international banks pull the plug on them? Zimbabwe has a large percentage of the world's chromium supplies. Useful stuff is chromium, especially when you have a worldwide monopoly on it. Are we getting warmer now? Can't you just see the futility of a petition?

No I cannot or I would not have created it. It is unaceptable that anyone who breaches International law by commiting human rights abuses holds such an Honour.

You won't get one unless it gets more than 200 signatures.
